We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery status.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations in the near future.
